At RareKnit, we ensure a smooth return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags and the seal tag intact.
- Customized or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Types of Rejections
- Customer Reject: If you receive an order but wish to return or exchange it, this falls under “Customer Reject.” Returns are allowed in the following cases:
(a) Flawed product – incorrect sizing, damaged fabric, or any manufacturing defect.
(b) Size concerns – We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering to avoid return hassles.
Return Process
- Raise a return request within 2 days of delivery via Email/Whatsapp.
- Provide order details and clear photos of the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on returning the item.
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after return approval.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Orders above ₹999 will have a flat ₹20 deduction to cover payment gateway fees.
Return to Origin (RTO)
- Orders are marked as RTO if the courier cannot deliver after three attempts.
- Returned orders will be stored for 7 days at our warehouse.
- You may request a re-shipment by contacting info@rareknit.com. After 7 days, unclaimed orders will be disposed of.
Lost or Missing Orders
- If tracking shows delivered but the parcel is not received, raise a ticket within 48 hours.
- Tickets raised after 48 hours will not be considered.
OTP Deliveries
- Most deliveries require an OTP for order completion. The parcel will be handed over only upon sharing the correct OTP.
Damaged Parcels
- If the parcel arrives damaged, customers should:
- Reject the parcel, or
- Record a video during unboxing to support a claim.
Manual Handling of Returns & Exchanges
As a newly launched brand, we prioritize careful handling of returns and exchanges to minimize losses and ensure the best customer experience. At present, this process is not automated and is managed personally through WhatsApp, phone calls, or email. Our team will assist you directly to resolve any concerns efficiently.
